In April 2021 the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Unitary Enterprise of Patent Services "Belpatentservice" started its on-line CONSULTATIONS ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY for exporters on ZOOM platform.

Representatives of Belarusian exporting companies will have an opportunity to ask and get answers about what a trademark is, how to protect themselves from unfair competition, how to export products without being afraid of violating patent laws of exporting countries, as well as other aspects of protection and defense of intellectual property.

During the consultation the specialists of UE "Belpatentservice" BelCCI will answer specialized questions of representatives of the Belarusian business on the following topics:

• ·registration of rights to trademarks, service marks, geographical indications, inventions, utility models, industrial designs in the Republic of Belarus and abroad;
• ·depositing the results of intellectual activity, for which state registration is not provided (literary and script works, works of plastic arts, graphics, landscape art, urban planning and architecture, information about the presence of production secrets (know-how).

Consultations are free of charge on the ZOOM platform every second and fourth Thursday of the month from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
