Belpatentservice was founded by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) for providing domestic and foreign business entities with a full range of intellectual property services.
The firm operates since 1996. We offer both individual services on request, as well as all-inclusive service, in particular trademarks, patents, utility models, designs and other industrial property rights registration; all aspects of IPR enforcement, representation of client’s interests in frame of dispute resolution (appeals, litigation, combating unfair competition etc.); maintenance of contractual work (license, concession and franchise agreements etc.), IPR valuation; depositing of computer programs and other copyrighted works; many other accompanying services related to intellectual property.
Our staff is presented by the high-qualified specialists in the intellectual property field (law, economics, technical sphere) with proper language skills (English, French, German, Russian, Belarusian). They have a very rich working experience at the National Center of Intellectual Property of Belarus and as patent attorneys.
