We are opening an intellectual property advice center for exporters
Dear exporters!
Starting from April 2021 the Unitary Enterprise of Patent Services "BelpatentService" of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry opens a consultation online center. Representatives of the Belarusian exporting companies will be able to ask questions and get answers to questions on what a trademark is, how to protect themselves from unfair competition, how to export products without being afraid of violating patent laws of exporting countries as well as on other aspects of protection and defense of intellectual property.
The specialists of the "BelpatentService" of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will answer the specialized questions of Belarusian business representatives on the following topics:
· registration of rights to trademarks, service marks, geographical indications, inventions, utility models, industrial designs in Belarus and abroad (Russia, EAEC, EU, Ukraine, Moldova, USA, China, Japan, ARIPO, OAPI and others);
· legal practice on intellectual property objects (representation in court, legal support in dispute resolution, claims work, counteraction of unfair competition, application of customs protection measures, licenses, assignment, franchising contracts);
· Patent research on the novelty of technical solutions, patent purity of production and export objects;
· depositing the results of intellectual activity, state registration of which is not provided for (literary and script works, graphics, landscape design, urban planning and architecture, information on the secrets of production (know-how).

The consultations will be held free of charge on the ZOOM platform every second and fourth Thursday of the month from 15.00 to 17.00.
