Training on the course "Inventions, utility models, industrial designs" of the National Center of Intellectual Property
On February 15-17, 2021 the National Center of Intellectual Property held a three-day training course "Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs" for specialists involved in the registration of rights to objects of intellectual property. The three-day program is the first section of the general course "Registration of rights to objects of industrial property rights".
The program of the first section included the following topics: "Identification of patentable intellectual property. Choice of legal protection", "Invention. Patent application for invention", "Claim", "Useful model", "Industrial design", "Patenting of inventions and useful models in the Republic of Belarus", "International patenting", "Patent analytics and patent landscapes".
The obtained additional knowledge and information will help the "BelpatentService" BelCCI to more effectively solve the issues of protection of its principals` rights on inventions, utility models and industrial designs in the Republic of Belarus and abroad.
