UE "Belpatentservice" of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry holds a seminar for architects and builders

On September 4, 2018, at the 26th International Specialized Exhibition "BUDPRAGRES-2018", "Belpatentservice" held a special seminar on intellectual property in architecture and building for architectural bureaus and building organizations of the Republic.

The topics of the speakers developed many aspects of intellectual property protection of works of architecture, construction, landscape art, as well as project documentation, technical and design solutions.
Presentations were made by the director of the company the patent attorney Vyacheslav Trofimov and the manager of the company and the development director of the Association of intellectual property owners Evguenyi Pak.

The seminar aroused a keen interest of its participants, there was a useful discussion about the options for protecting the results of intellectual activity of developers of architectural and construction projects, about the need to further improve the legislation on the sphere of protecting the results of intellectual activity in the architectural and construction industry.
