Training in the Intellectual Property Training Center of the National Center of Intellectual Property
On 16 and 17 March 2017 the Acting Director of "BelpatentService" of the BelTPP the patent attorney Vyacheslav Trofimovwas trained at the Intellectual Property Training Center of the National Center of Intellectual Property at the course "Professional Activity of Patent Attorneys”.
The program included training on the following issues:
• the legislation in the field of intellectual property: an overview of the main changes;
• the practice of resolving disputes in the Board of Appeals of the NCIP before and after granting of protection documents to the objects of industrial property rights;
• clash of rights with the means of individualization (the practice of the Judicial Collegium on Intellectual Property of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus;
• instituting proceedings on intellectual property matters and preparing cases for trial;
• Topical issues of judicial practice in cases involving the use of industrial property.
