15 - 16 February 2017 in Grodno the Acting Director of BelpatentService of the BelCCI Vyacheslav Trofimov took part in the workshop "Practical aspects of registration of trademarks in the Republic of Belarus and abroad. Judicial practice of civil cases connected with the use of trademarks ".
The seminar was organized by the unitary enterprise "Grodno Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry" with the assistance of the National Center for Intellectual Property (NCIP), the Judicial Collegium for Intellectual Property of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus and the Grodno Regional Branch of the Republican Scientific and Technical Library. Participants of the workshop were 20 representatives of Grodno region enterprises.
Patent Attorney Vyacheslav Trofimov voiced at the seminar the recommendations for enterprises on the need for an integrated approach to the legal protection of industrial property, of which trademarks are an integral part. With the closing speech at the closing of the seminar, the expert on intellectual property of Grodno branch of BelCCI Alexander Dobrodushenko made a speech.
