The Intellectual property (IP) is in the orbit of interests of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for more than half a century. Specific work on the protection, defense and commercialization of intellectual property (IP) within the BelCCI has been carried out for exactly 20 years by the staff of the Unitary Patent Service Enterprise "Belpatentiservice".
Established by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and registered on September 2, 1996, the Unitary Enterprise of Patent Services "BelpatentService" was created to provide members of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and other business entities, including foreign ones, with a whole range of IP services.
The clients of "BelpatentService" opf the BelCCI are both domestic applicants (state and private companies, small and medium-sized businesses, individual entrepreneurs and individuals) and foreign applicants (Argentina, Bulgaria, Germany, Hong Kong, China, Poland, USA, France, Japan and others). Any oral consultation is free of charge, all written for members of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry - with a 10% discount. Members of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry are granted the same discount for all other services.
Patent attorneys of BelpatentService of the BelCCI are allowed to represent the interests of their trustees in the judicial collegium for intellectual property matters of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus. We have a positive experience in this difficult matter
