Meeting with the delegation of the Intellectual Property Office of Beijing
On April 19, 2016 the Acting Director of BelpatentService of the BelTPP Vyacheslav Trofimov took part in a meeting with the delegation of the Intellectual Property Office of Beijing. The Chinese delegation was headed by the head of the department Mr. Wang Hong. The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry was represented at the meeting by the First Deputy Chairman Alexander Nakhaenko.
Mr. Liu Xuesong, Adviser on Trade and Economic Issues of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Belarus, Mr. Sunn Jiasheng, Deputy Inspector of the Beijing City Commercial and Industrial Administration, Mr. Zhou Daqing, Brigadier of the Beijing Agency for the Observance of Cultural Legislation, as well as leading specialists of the Department Mr. Zhong and Mr. Wang Dedao.
The Belarusian participants of the meeting told the guests about the activities of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Unitary Patent Service Enterprise "BelpatentService".
The guests in turn acquainted the Belarusian participants with the activities of their municipal organization to promote the development of protection, evaluation and defense of intellectual property objects of economic entities and residents of Beijing. During the meeting, the sides discussed the possibilities of developing cooperation between the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Office in the areas of intellectual property protection and patenting, the exchange of experience between organizations, and the participation of Belarus in the implementation of the Chinese initiative "One Belt, One Way."
