Participation as an expert in the work of the VII Republican contest in the field of innovation and design (Minsk - November 4-5, 2014)
The Representative of the Belpatentservice of BelCCI , the patent attorney Vyacheslav Trofimov took part in the work of the VII Republican Contest on Innovation and Design (Minsk - November 4-5, 2014) as an expert in the nomination "Best Trade Mark". The organizer of the competition was the Private Unitary Enterprise "New Ideas". During the competitive events, the expert session "Economic life of the trademark and industrial design" was held, in which Vyacheslav Trofimov took part with other patent attorneys of the Republic of Belarus.
At the session, a lively discussion arose over the legal, economic and marketing forms of trademarks and industrial designs, and various ways of obtaining legal protection for newly created industrial property objects were discussed. On the eve of the expert session, Vyacheslav Trofimov made a presentation on "Trademark Functions: Rules for the Protection of Trademarks."
