Seminar on protective measures
On April 5, 2013, in Minsk, a seminar "Application of protective measures in a foreign trade policy of Belarus taking into account participation in and accession to WTO" took place.
As organizers acted the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, PROON in Belarus, the Eurasian economic commission and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Questions of existing instruments of protection in the Common Free Market Zone and in other countries, as well as actual problems of protection of interests of the Belarusian exporters in the Common Free Market Zone and beyond its limits were considered.
As listeners were representatives of government bodies, specialists of the Eurasian economic commission, teachers of Universities, representatives of foreign trade and legal departments of big exporters and of the ministries, lawyers of large law companies took part in the discussion of the brought-up questions.
