Representatives of the Belpatentservice took part at the International conference called «Intellectual property and foreign economic activity: prospect, risks and possibilities” held on November 29, 2012 within the 4th International Forum on Intellectual Property – «Exporiority'2012».
Problems of the trademarks and service marks protection in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Russian Federation, of the legal defense of trademarks and service marks within the CFMZ, as well as legal trends and topical problems of the legislation progress of the trademarks and service marks protection in the CFMZ-countries have been talked over during the conference. The most daunting problems of have been later discussed during the circular table meeting, namely: parallel import’s issues, creation procedures of the united custom register of intellectual property objects etc.
