The Belpatentservice’s staff took an active part in the legal forum «Legal protection of trademarks and service marks within the Common Free Market Zone» (CFMZ), managed by the monthly «Industrial-trade law» and the National Center of Intellectual Property of the Republic of Belarus.

Problems of the trademarks and service marks protection in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Russian Federation, of the legal enforcement of trademarks and service marks within the CFMZ, as well as legal trends and topical problems of the legislation progress of the trademarks and service marks protection in the CFMZ-countries have been talked over during the forum.
