One new staff member of “Belpatentservice” – Vadim Khatsko was certified by the State Committee on Science and Technologies of the Republic of Belarus order No. 245 dated July 25, 2012 as independent intellectual property rights appraiser.  By now, having on the staff two independent intellectual property rights appraisers (Anna Bushuk including, certificate No. 50030)“Belpatentservice” was delegated authority according to the President’s of the Republic of Belarus edict No. 615 dated October 13, 2006 to valuate intellectual property rights for legal and physical persons, except of IP objects being in public ownership.
