On March 21, 2024, the National Children's Technopark hosts the final of the 13th season of the youth competition "100 Ideas for Belarus" based on the results of 2023
The competition was implemented by the Belarusian Republican Youth Union in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, the State Committee for Science and Technology and the National Academy of Sciences in order to activate the innovative thinking of young people, involve them in solving the problems of socio-economic development of the country, stimulate civic initiatives to implement innovative projects and scientific and technical developments. The competition allows young people to take an active part in solving socio-economic problems that are at the highest level.
More than 1.3 thousand applications were submitted to participate in the competition. On the day of its summing up, 171 author's projects of the winners of the regional and Minsk city selection rounds, the selection round of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and multi-stage selections of the Ministry of Education were presented at the National Children's Technopark. The expert councils evaluated the projects according to several criteria. Among them: novelty, the reality of the idea, its profitability.
According to the results of the work of all sections of the republican council, 30 candidates were identified in 10 nominations in three age categories.
Chairman of the State Committee for Science and Technology Sergey Shlychkov, Minister of Education of Belarus Andrey Ivanets, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Science and Technology Denis Korzhitsky, Deputy Minister of Education Ekaterina Petrutskaya, Director General of the National Intellectual Property Center Vladimir Ryabovolov took part in the opening of the grand final and awarding its winners.
The winners in the first section of the reviewed projects were recognized:
In the nomination "Energy, including nuclear energy, and energy efficiency":
- the project "Self-charging electric car", author Nikita Kalistratov, a student of the Mogilev State Electrotechnical College
- The Hydrogen Engine project, authored by Vladislav Shpilevsky, a student of the Belarusian National Technical University;
- the project "Investigation of the possibility of spectral regulation of the VVER-1200 reactor", author Rudenkov Ivanton, researcher at the Joint Institute for Energy and Nuclear Research – Sosny of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
In the nomination "Industrial and construction technologies":
- the project "Leviathan robotic mobile manipulation platform", author Maxim Strelsky, a student of the branch "College of Modern Technologies in Mechanical Engineering and Car service" UO "RIPO";
- the project "Filament ProfiPrint", authors Nichipor Nikita, Olikhver Alexey, Budko Alexandra, students of the Educational Institution "Grodno State University named after Yankee Kupala";
- the project "Creation of high-tech composite materials based on polymer waste and tire recycling products for the manufacture of construction products", author Victoria Usova, Junior researcher at the V.A.Bely Institute of Mechanics of Metal Polymer Systems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
