Belpatentservice Unitary Enterprise by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (hereinafter the BelCCI) celebrated its 26th birthday.
Established by the BelCCI and registered on September 2, 1996, the Unitary Enterprise of Patent Services "Belpatentservice" by the BelCCI was created to provide members of the BelCCI and other business entities with a whole range of services for the protection, defence and commercialization of intellectual property objects (IPOs).
The clients of the "Belpatentservice" by the BelCCI are both domestic (public and private companies, small and medium-sized businesses, individual entrepreneurs and individuals) and foreign applicants.
Members of the BelCCI receive a 10% discount on all types of services.
Any oral consultation is free of charge.
Since 2021, a specialized Advisory Office on Intellectual Property for Exporters has been operating.
Patent attorneys of the "Belpatentservice" by the BelCCI are allowed to represent the interests of their principals in the Board for Intellectual Property of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus. The company already has positive experience on these complex issues.
Belpatentservice Unitary Enterprise by the BelCCI is included by the National Intellectual Property Center in the list of organizations of the Republic of Belarus providing services for patent research, in particular for conducting patent research on the patent purity of export objects for Belarusian exporters.
