Two staff members of Belpatentservice were officially certified as independent intellectual property rights appraisers.

The Customs Union opened the borders between Belarus, Russian Federation and Kazakhstan. As a result it is not enough to have only one trademark registration in Russia or Kazakhstan to avoid unfair competition.
