On November 11, the regular session of the intellectual property consultation for exporters ended. The question concerned the choice of classes of goods and services for the registration of a trademark in the name of a company engaged in the sale and management of real estate.

The question posed during the counseling session was burdened by decisions of the Supreme Court and the Board of Appeals at the Patent Office.
